IHSDP Scheme

Through the current IHSDP Scheme, twenty-nine slums have been prioritized for relocation. The following map shows the relocation plan. The red slums show the redevelopment sites, and the white lines show the slums that are movind to these sites. The green slums are being moved to create green space such as parks. The purple slums are being moved for road widening.

Oxidation Point
Sanglwadi Sambhaji Nagar

The following settlements will be relocated to Sanjay Nagar Patra Chawl:

Dawari Samaj
Yeshwant Nagar
Katari Samaj
Sanjay Nagar Timber Area

The following settlements will be relocated to Durga Nagar:

Waglwadi Vijay Nagar
Wanlesswadi Jawahar Nagar
Mirajwadi Bethelhem Nagar
Central Warehouse Shahid Bhagatsing
Rockel Depo
Ramamata Colony

The following settlements will be relocated to Indira Gharkul:

Malgaon Ves
Dindi Ves

Chetana Apartment Navin Vasahat will be relocated to Aba Dhotre.
Part of Ramamata Colony will be relocated to Sanjay Nagar, Miraj.
Finally, Mehtar Samaj will be redeveloped in situ.
