On 22nd March 2012 Le Monde, a leading French newspaper, published an article and an infographe (photo story) of the Integrated Housing and Slum Development Program (IHSDP) in Sangli and Miraj.

In November 2011 Pratima Joshi, the Executive Director of Shelter Associates, was featured on the Times of Indias national news channel 'Times Now' as part of their 'Amazing Indians: India on the rise' series. Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum, New York.
In 2011 Shelter Associates were featured in the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum in New York, as part of the 'Design with the other 90%: Cities' exhibition. View the catalogue extract here.
Shelter Associates has been featured in the recent Metropolis Research Publication, "Managing Urban Growth". The publication gives an interesting overview of our projects in Pune and the challenges we have faced. Google Earth Hero
In 2009, we were selected as a Google Earth Hero for our innovative use of the Google Earth Software. As a result, Google made a short documentary on our use of Google Earth and how valuable it has been to our projects. You can watch this by clicking the image on the right.
